We love our furry friends. However, for the safety of all guests and the cleanliness of our
boats, we DO NOT allow pets on board. Our vessels are not equipped to safely
accommodate animals, and pet hair, claws, or accidents can cause damage or require
extensive cleaning that impacts future charters.

Towels, sunblock, sunglasses, snacks, drinks, cash, ID (if you’re going to be drinking
and look under 21)

We ask that you do not bring any glass, glitter, chips or anything read that can stain the
boat. There is a potential cleaning fee if something does stain.

Cancelations before 14 days will receive 100% refund.

It's a game time decision, as weather is constantly changing. We typically will let you
know 1.5-2 hours before your scheduled charter time. If it's light rain, we’ll still go out.
However, if there’s heavy rain, lightning, or unsafe conditions, we will cancel for safety.
In that case, you’ll receive a full refund or a credit (if you're planning to return).Credits
never expire and can be used towards any available date and boat.
